Player of the Week
Samantha Benoit - Norwich University
(Junior, Forward - Bow, N.H.)

player Benoit tallied seven assists and had a hand in seven of the 11 goals Norwich scored on the weekend in a sweep over UMass Boston and Johnson & Wales. Benoit had two assists in a 3-1 win over UMass Boston on Friday and then tied the program single-game record of five assists in an 8-2 victory over Johnson & Wales on Saturday. She has one goal and 10 assists on her current four-game point streak.

Goaltender of the Week
Jasmine Mucci - Johnson & Wales University
(Sophomore, Goaltender - Arlington, Mass.)

player Mucci only gave up one goal as the Wildcats beat Plymouth State and Castleton to secure the first home playoff game in school history. The wins were highlighted by her 40 saves to earn the shutout against Plymouth State, her first of the season. She also made a career-high 53 saves against No. 6 Norwich in JWU's third game of the week.

Rookie of the Week
Ann-Frederique Guay - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - St-Lambert de Lauzon, Que.)

player Guay scored four goals with two in each game in a 3-1 win over UMass Boston and an 8-2 win over Johnson & Wales. She scored the game-winning goal in each game as well. She finished with a +3 plus-minus rating on the weekend and leads all NEHC Rookies with 14 goals and 10 assists for 24 points.

Player of the Week
Sophie McGovern - Norwich University
(Senior, Forward - Hermantown, Minn.)

player McGovern scored five goals and had three assists for an eight-point week to lead Norwich to a 2-0-1 record. McGovern scored a goal to help Norwich rally to a 2-2 tie vs. No. 2-ranked Middlebury on Tuesday. She then scored twice vs. Suffolk, including the game-winning goal and then two more goals vs. Southern Maine. McGovern also had two assists vs. Suffolk and then another vs. Southern Maine to complete her impressive week. McGovern ranks second on the team in goals (15), assists (20) and points (35).

Goaltender of the Week
Alexis Kalm - Castleton University
(Senior, Goaltender - Aberdeen, N.C.)

player Kalm recorded a pair of overtime victories, helping lead Castleton to sole possession of second place in the NEHC standings. The senior netminder registered 31 saves in Saturday's win over Southern Maine (including 10 across the third period and overtime) as the Spartans skated to a 3-2 overtime victory. She turned around and made another 35 saves (15 saves across the third frame & overtime) in Sunday's OT win over Suffolk. Kalm backstopped a defense that allowed only one power play goal in eight chances over the weekend.

Rookie of the Week
Julia Masotta - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - Tewksbury, Mass.)

player Masotta continued her scoring streak, extending her point streak to five straight games with two goals and three assists for five points to help lead Norwich to a 2-0-1 week. Masotta had the primary assist on both of Norwich's goals in a 2-2 come-from-behind tie vs. No. 2-ranked Middlebury. She scored twice in a 9-1 win over Suffolk and then added an assist in Sunday's 6-1 win over Southern Maine.

Player of the Week
Amanda Conway - Norwich University
(Senior, Forward - Methuen, Mass.)

player Conway had four goals and three assists for seven points in a weekend sweep of Salem State and Johnson & Wales. Conway scored twice in each game to bring her career total to 104 goals, moving her into sole possession of fourth place on the NCAA Division III all-time scoring list. Her seven points on the weekend brings her career point total to 165 points, which surpassed her head coach Sophie Leclerc for 2nd on the all-time Norwich points list. Conway finished with a +6 plus-minus rating on the week. Her 20 goals and 16 assists lead the team, NEHC and NCAA Division III in points.

Goaltender of the Week
Whitney Padgett - University of Southern Maine
(Senior, Goaltender - Eden Prairie, Minn.)

player Padgett backstopped the Huskies to a pair of NEHC wins that moved USM up into a tie for second place in the standings with two weeks remaining in the regular season. Padgett had 30 saves, including 11 in the third period, in the Huskies' 3-2 win at UMass Boston on Friday. She came back the next afternoon to stop 21 shots in the Huskies first-ever win over Suffolk, 5-2, on Senior Day.

Rookie of the Week
Julia Masotta - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - Tewksbury, Mass.)

player Masotta continued her recent torrid scoring pace with a goal and four assists for five points in a weekend sweep of Salem State and Johnson & Wales to help extend the Cadets' unbeaten streak in NEHC games to 46-straight. Masotta had a goal and two assists in a 7-1 win over Salem State, she also had two assists in a 5-0 win over Johnson & Wales on Saturday. Masotta has 10 points in Norwich's last six games.

Player of the Week
Sophie McGovern - Norwich University
(Senior, Forward - Hermantown, Minn.)

player McGovern scored two goals and had five assists for a seven-point weekend to lead Norwich to two victories over second-place Castleton and New England College. McGovern had two goals and an assist in Friday's 8-0 win over Castleton. She followed up with a career-high four assists in a single game in a 6-0 victory over New England College. She finished with a team-leading +7 plus-minus rating and scored her 50th career goal on Friday. McGovern also took over sole possession of fourth place on the Norwich career points list with 50 goals and 75 assists for 125 points.

Goaltender of the Week
Caty Flagg - UMass Boston
(Senior, Goaltender - Methuen, Mass.)

player Flagg led the Beacons to a 2-0 weekend in NEHC play, while also setting the single season shutout record in the process. The Beacons are now winners of seven-straight NEHC contests, tying the program record. The senior netminder made 27 stops in a 1-0 win over Salem State to earn her fifth shutout of the year and also registered 39 stops in a 5-2 win over Suffolk University

Rookies of the Week
Mia Sacco - UMass Boston
(Freshman, Forward - Plymouth, Mass.)

player Sacco registered a goal and an assist in the Beacons' huge 5-2 victory over Suffolk University. She assisted the Beacons' first goal of the afternoon, which was scored on the power play. Not to be outdone, her goal also came on the power play, marking her second with the extra skater on the season.

Ingrid Holstad-Berge - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - Stavanger, Norway)

player Holstad-Berge had a goal and an assist to help lead Norwich to a 2-0 weekend. She scored the eventual game-winner over New England College and finished with a +2 rating on the weekend to help the Cadets extend their unbeaten streak to 44 straight games in NEHC regular season play.

Player of the Week
Julianne Nelson - University of Southern Maine
(Sophomore, Forward - Armstrong, B.C.)

player In the Huskies split of a weekend home-and-home series with Becker, Nelson scored three goals. In Friday's 4-3 loss at Becker, Nelson scored the Huskies first goal, a short-handed goal, of the game. The short-handed marker was the first of the season by a USM player. The next afternoon, Nelson scored two goals, including the game-winning goal with 1:29 remaining in regulation, to give USM a 5-4 win over the Hawks.

Goaltender of the Week
Cianna Weir - New England College
(Sophomore, Goaltender - Olds, Alta.)

player Weir recorded 25 saves on Friday as New England College shutout Anna Maria, 4-0 in nonconference action. Weir and the Pilgrims defense held strong, shutting down seven AMC power play opportunities as well. 11 of her 25 saves came during the final frame of the contest.

Rookie of the Week
Julia Masotta - Norwich University

player Masotta scored three goals and had an assist for a four-point week to help lead Norwich to a 1-1 week. Masotta scored Norwich's lone goal in a 4-1 loss to Amherst College on Tuesday. She also scored twice and had an assist for three points in a 5-1 win over Plymouth State on Saturday.

Player of the Week
Hannah Tracy - Johnson & Wales University
(Junior, Forward - Hanson, Mass.)

player Tracy totaled four points for the Wildcats this weekend as they went 1-1 in a home-and-home series against Salve Regina. In Friday's 4-1 win the junior scored the third and fourth goals of the contest to secure the victory for JWU. She followed that with a goal and an assist in Saturday's 3-2 setback. Tracy currently ranks third in the NEHC with 15 points on the season.

Goaltender of the Week
Alexis Kalm - Castleton University
(Senior, Goaltender - Aberdeen, N.C.)

player In her only appearance of the week, Kalm led the Spartans to a 3-0 victory over nonconference foe Nichols College. She turned aside all 35 shots she faced, including a game-high 13 in the third period as the Bison went full throttle to attempt the comeback. She also helped shutdown two power play opportunities in the final frame to preserve the shutout victory.

Rookie of the Week
Tatiana Fedeneva - New England College
(Freshman, Forward - Pervouralsk, Russia)

player Fedeneva factored into every Pilgrims goal of the weekend. She assisted on NEC's lone goal of the game on Friday and followed that with two goals and an assist in a hard-fought loss to Becker on Saturday.

Player of the Week
Amanda Conway - Norwich University
(Senior, Forward - Methuen, Mass.)

player Conway scored a goal and had two assists to have a hand in all three of Norwich's goals in a loss against No. 1 ranked Plattsburgh State in the East-West Hockey Classic. Conway scored Norwich's first goal to give the Cadets an early lead and then had an assist on the second goal which gave Norwich a 2-1 lead heading into the first intermission. She finished with a +2 plus-minus rating despite the 6-3 loss. Conway has 95 career goals and hit the 150-point milestone in the loss to the Cardinals.

Goaltender of the Week
Julia McLellan - Suffolk University
(Freshman, Goaltender - Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich.)

player McLellan reset her own program record with an astounding 52 saves in a 1-1 tie against a tough NESCAC opponent in Trinity College. She becomes the first goaltender in program history to record over 40 saves in a single contest. The freshman netminder turned aside 12 shots in the third period and another five in overtime to secure the tie for the Rams.

Rookie of the Week
Mikah Baptiste - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - Ottawa, Ont.)

player Baptiste had two assists in Norwich's lone game of the weekend in a loss to No. 1 ranked Plattsburgh State. Baptiste had the primary assist on Norwich's first goal making a terrific play to strip a Plattsburgh player of the puck and feed Amanda Conway for the goal. Baptiste finished as +1 plus-minus rating in the 6-3 loss.

Player of the Week
Katie Leffler - University of Massachusetts Boston
(Junior, Forward - Key Largo, Fla.)

player Leffler recorded a team-high five points to lead UMass Boston to a 2-0 week. The junior forward recorded multiple points in wins over Nichols College (4-2) and Salem State University (4-0). On Tuesday night, Leffler recorded a goal and two assists, including a helper on the game-winning tally. She added the game-winning goal and an assist in Friday night's win over Salem State University.

Goaltender of the Week
Cianna Weir - New England College
(Sophomore, Goaltender - Olds, Alta.)

player Weir put together back-to-back jaw-dropping performances in net for the Pilgrims. In Friday's 3-3 tie against Johnson & Wales she turned aside 55 shots (including 5 in OT) to secure her team's first point on the season. She followed that with a career night, making 85 saves in a 2-0 loss to Suffolk, keeping her team in striking distance throughout the contest. 85 saves in a single contest ranks 4th all-time in the history of Division III Women's Ice Hockey.

Rookie of the Week
Madison Ricardo - Suffolk University
(Freshman, Forward - Nobleton, Ont.)

player Ricardo recorded three points on three goals for a 2-0 week for the Rams. She notched Suffolk's first two goals in a hard fought 3-2 win over Southern Maine on Friday. She followed that with the second goal of the contest in the Rams' 2-0 victory over NEC on Saturday. The two NEHC wins propelled Suffolk into third place in league standings to close the first semester.

Player of the Week
Amanda Conway - Norwich University
(Senior, Forward - Methuen, Mass.)

player Conway scored two goals and tallied two assists for four points to lead Norwich to a 3-0 week and stretch its winning streak to 10 straight games. Conway had at least one point in each game and became the Norwich all-time career goals leader with a second period goal vs. Southern Maine to give her 94 goals in her career. Conway's 10 goals and eight assists for 18 points leads the team.

Goaltender of the Week
Claire Parry - Johnson & Wales University
(Junior, Goaltender - Westport, Conn.)

player Parry had an impressive weekend in net for the Wildcats. In two games she posted a 1.50 goals against average and combined to make 64 saves across both contests. In her first collegiate start on Friday she made 28 saves as JWU defeated Southern Maine, 2-1. She followed that performance with 36 saves against UMass Boston (including 17 saves in the first period) in a 2-1 loss. The win over USM propelled the Wildcats into a fourth-place tie in the league standings.

Rookie of the Week
Ingrid Holstad-Berge - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - Stavanger, Norway)

player Holstad-Berge recorded five points to lead Norwich to a 3-0 week. She scored a goal and tallied four assists to help the Cadets extend their winning streak to 10 straight games and extend their unbeaten streak to 40 straight games in NEHC play. Berge had an assist on Norwich's game-winning goal in a 4-0 win over Suffolk. Berge finished as a +4 plus-minus rating on the week.

Alexis Fagan - Plymouth State University
(Senior, Forward - Burrilville, R.I.)

player Fagan recorded four points in the Panthers' 8-3 rout over Division I Saint Michael's College in Plymouth's only action of the weekend. The senior posted her first career hat trick and also added an assist in the victory.

Goaltender of the Week
Alexis Kalm - Castleton University
(Senior, Goaltender - Aberdeen, N.C.)

player Kalm posted an incredible 48 saves against a high-octane Nazareth team in the Spartans' only game of the week in a tough 2-1 loss. The senior netminder kept Castleton within striking distance for the entire game as she helped kill off four Nazareth power play opportunities. She was especially strong in the second period, stopping 20 shots to preserve a 1-1 tie heading into the final frame.

Rookie of the Week
Julia McLellan - Suffolk University
(Freshman, Goaltender - Grosse Point Wood, Mich.)

player McLellan made 67 saves and recorded a .905 save percentage despite two losses in net for the Rams this week. She posted a career-high 37 saves in a loss to Division I opponent Franklin Pierce University and also posted 23 saves in a loss to NESCAC foe Wesleyan University on Sunday. She also came in for relief effort in the Rams' Saturday game against Wesleyan and made seven saves without allowing a goal.

player Conway scored four goals and tallied three assists for seven points to lead Norwich to a 3-0 week. She scored two goals and had two assists for a four-point night in a win over Salem State. She also had two goals in a 6-0 win over Plymouth State, including the game-winning goal. She also had an assist in a win over Conn. College on Tuesday. Conway had a +8 plus-minus rating on the week to help Norwich stretch its winning streak to seven straight games and extend its unbeaten streak to 37 straight vs. NEHC opponents in league games.

Goaltender of the Week
Caty Flagg - UMass Boston
(Senior, Goaltender - Methuen, Mass.)

player Flagg was solid between the pipes as she recorded her first two-game win-streak against NEHC opponents in a weekend sweep for the Beacons. She registered 39 stops in a 4-1 win over Plymouth State, before collecting her second win to lead UMB to four-points in the standings behind a 27 save showing in a 4-2 win over previously undefeated Castleton.

Rookie of the Week
Mikah Baptiste - Norwich University
(Freshman, Forward - Ottawa, Ont.)

player Baptiste scored two goals and had three assists for five points to help lead Norwich to a 3-0 week and extend its winning streak to seven straight games. Baptiste scored twice and had an assist in a win over Salem State. She also had an assist in each of the games vs. Plymouth State and Conn. College. She finished as a +7 plus-minus rating on the week.

She had an assist in a 6-2 win over Endicott on Tuesday and then scored twice in an 8-0 win over New England College on Friday. She added two more goals and an assist in Saturday's 4-1 win over Trinity. She finished as a +4 plus-minus rating on the week.

Goaltender of the Week
Alexis Kalm - Castleton University
(Senior, Goaltender - Aberdeen, N.C.)

player Kalm continued her tremendous play in net for the Spartans this season as she posted another two NEHC victories this weekend. On Friday she made 27 saves on 28 shots in a 3-1 victory over Plymouth State. She followed that with a 25-save shutout over Southern Maine in Saturday's 1-0 win. Her 52 saves on 53 shots this weekend earned her an impressive .981 save percentage.

Rookie of the Week

Shana Cote - Suffolk University
(Sophomore, Forward - Broomfield, Colo.)

player Cote had a hand in nearly every Suffolk goal this weekend as the Rams went 1-1 in NEHC play. The sophomore recorded two assists in Friday's win over Plymouth State. She followed that with the Rams' lone goal in a 3-1 loss to Castleton on Saturday.

Goaltender of the Week
Alexis Kalm - Castleton University
(Senior, Goaltender - Aberdeen, N.C.)

player Kalm backstopped the Spartans to a pair of NEHC wins over the weekend. She collected 26 saves in a win over Salem State and then made 38 of 39 saves in Saturday's 3-1 win over Suffolk. She posted a .941 save percentage and 2.00 goals against average over the undefeated weekend.

Rookie of the Week
Sean D'Urso - New England College
(Freshman, Goaltender - Andover, Mass.)

player D'Urso came in for the Pilgrims for the final two periods against Salem State, turning aside 26 of the 27 shots she faced. 16 of her saves came in the second period.

Player of the Week
Cassie Wakefield - Johnson & Wales University
(Senior, Forward - North Vancouver, B.C.)

player Wakefield netted two goals in a weekend series at Manhattanville. She got the Wildcats on the board in the opener just 1:08 into the contest. She followed that on Saturday as she scored the first goal on the power play in game two which eventually led to the 4-2 victory and JWU's first win on the season.

Goaltender of the Week
Caty Flagg - UMass Boston
(Senior, Goaltender - Methuen, Mass.)

player Flagg posted a pair of shutouts as UMass Boston started the year at 1-0-1. The senior netminder combined for 34 saves in both contests. In Friday's 0-0 opening contest she held Stevenson scoreless with 20 stops. She followed that performance on Saturday as she recorded her first win of the season behind a 14 save performance against Neumann.

Rookie of the Week
Hannah MacDougall - UMass Boston (Freshman, Forward - South Dartmouth, Mass.)

player MacDougall recorded her first collegiate goal in the Beacons 2-0 win over Neumann on Saturday. The freshman netted the Beacons' first power play goal with less than a minute to play in the second period to help the team secure the non-conference win.
